Shipping Process

How Sensitive Cargo Shipping Works

Your supplier can send the goods to our Shenzhen warehouse, or we can purchase products you have already selected before the DDP shipment.

1. Goods Are Ordered Your supplier ships the goods, or we purchase your selected products first.
2. Warehouse Receives We receive the parcel and confirm arrival.
3. Weight & Check Weight and basic parcel information are confirmed.
4. Final Cost Final shipping cost is confirmed before dispatch.
5. DDP Delivery Goods are shipped through the confirmed DDP route.

Route Confirmation

Sensitive cargo should be confirmed before international shipment. Available routes can vary by cargo type and destination.

Chargeable Weight

Shipping charges use the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight.

Volumetric Weight

Volumetric Weight = Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ 6000.

Final Weight

Final chargeable weight is confirmed after the goods arrive at our Shenzhen warehouse.

DDP Included

Supported DDP routes include customs clearance, tax handling and final delivery.

Carrier Rate Changes

Shipping rates may vary slightly due to carrier price changes. Final cost is confirmed before shipment.
